Return Eligibility
At GrowMedRx, we accept returns only for defective, damaged, or incorrect products received by the customer.
To be eligible for a return:
- The return request must be raised within 48 hours of receiving the order.
- The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
- The original invoice or proof of purchase must be provided.
- Customers may be asked to share clear photos or an unboxing video showing the defect or damage.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns in the following cases:
- Product is not defective.
- Product has been opened, used, or tampered with.
- Product packaging is damaged by the customer.
- Return request is made after 48 hours of delivery.
- Products purchased during clearance or special promotional offers (unless received defective).
No Exchange Policy
GrowMedRx does not offer product exchanges.
If an item is confirmed to be defective or damaged, we will provide a replacement (subject to stock availability) or issue a refund at our sole discretion.
Refund Policy
Once the returned product is received and inspected by our team:
- If the return is approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during purchase.
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be made via bank transfer or UPI after collecting the necessary payment details.
Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Order Number
- Customer Name
- Clear photos of the product and packaging
- Brief description of the issue
Our support team will review your request and provide an appropriate resolution.
Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled only before they are dispatched.
- Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error made by GrowMedRx, such as sending an incorrect or defective product.
